Description of the company and its activity
Teknicalde develops welding machining building projects both in carbon steel and tainless steel and aluminum from 1 to 30 ton. It has its own technical department that allows us to fully develop the project from the conceptual design and deliver finished part integrating all required processes in each case. Within its laser division, also it brings to the market a laser cutting supply service both flat and tubular parts format
Own products
Despite of our focus is outsourcing, we have carried out our own product business mainly for chips extractors widely used both chip removal and handling workpieces as well as technical closing for machinery.
Main machinery
In our three plants we have the following means:• 4 laser cutting machines for sheet format 4000x2000
• 1 laser machine for tubular and angular formats
• 1 punching machine with automatic loading and palletizing system.
• 1 CNC machine for drilling
• 12,000m2 of facilities for the construction of mechanically welded parts provided with the necessary means to make structures both Aluminum and Stainless Steel
Means of maintenance
Metal sheeting, cranes up to 20tn, forklifts, hoists, turning tables (manual and robotic) and fixed welding and assembly tables.
