Actividad productiva
We are a manufacturer and marketing company of special ball bearings. Our bearings are made according to drawings, and customer needs. We can make a difference between two big groups of bearings: plastic coated or without plastic coated (metallic). Moreover we can produce the same bearing in different qualities depending its application. Those qualities depend on the turning , or grinding quality Bearing diameters between 10 mm to 100 m or more.
Maquinaria principal
Basically our production is made with MULTISPINDLE LATHES. We have some multispindle lathes, GILDEMEISTER, SCHÜTTE and PITTLER. To secure the mentioned quality we use some GRINDING machines, like VOUMARD, GER and DISKUS WERKE. In order to turn the plastic we have several automatic turning machines prepared specially for this. Medios de control
Control check at each workpost by means of micrometers, vernier and digimatic calipers and dial indicators. Control of quality of suppliers and inner procedures with: Profile projector, surftest, roundtest, hardness testing machine, digi-derm, and machine for dynamic load capacity. Final unit control, manual and visual of all the units producedducidas.
