Description of the company and its activity
Hot stamp forging, extrusion and electro-upending of steel pieces from 100 g to 200 kg, mainly directed to the automobile, industrial vehicle, defence, marine motor, etc. sectors. Production capacity: 26000 tonnes a year.
Typical products: front axles for lorries; diesel crankshafts of 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 cylinders; car crankshafts and spindles; diesel rods; lorry bearings; handles; rims; gears and pinions; axleboxes and hubs; swingbars, etc.
Complete mechanisation (line) of projectile vessels.

Forging equipment:
2 forging lines with BANNING hydraulic presses, 1500/1000 tonnes, BECHE pneumatic counter-hammering hammers, 32000 and 20000 kg, EUMECO RW3A rolling-mills and USI CLEARING twisting machines, 200 tonnes, with furnace heating.
1 forging line with BECHE 10 counter-hammering hammers, 10000 kg, and fuel-oil heating.
1 HASENCLEVER VEPES maximum press line, 400 tonnes, with two eccentric presses: HASENCLEVER VEPS 800 tonnes; EUMUCO ADP 80; HASENCLEVER AWF 224 rolling-mill with induction heating in furnaces up to 1125 kW.
1 HASENCLEVER VER 15 tonnes maximum press line, with EUMUCO ADP 50 eccentric press, with induction heating.
1 EUMUCO SP65 maximum press line with RIBA PDMR-150-EKM eccentric press with induction heating.
