In situ machining: lines for manufacture of axle, gooseneck, tiller hole, blocks and motor crankcase, seating casing, bearings, roller housing, big size pulleys, all checked and verified with great precision optical line ranger.In situ grinding of crankshaft throws, roller bearing housing, press rollers, great diameter cylinders both in external and internal diameters.
Manufacture of pieces with numerical control lathes: collars, bolts; pinions, rims, nuts, bolts, pins, axles, screws, adapters, connectors, reduction, nozzles, cleats, punches and matrices.
Workshop manufacture: manufacture of diamond screws without welding, progressive pass screws, cams, tail axles, stainless hydraulic adapters, small boiler-making, mechano-welding sets, equipment for industrial installations, hard chrome piece recovery, manufacture of tools, manufacture of any piece according to a plan.
Repair work: technical assistance for A.B.C. diesel motors; technical service for MEBUSA folding machines and shears; repair and installation of motors and reducing groups, hydraulic motors, looms, public work machinery.
